Today we set aside for the unborn. The most vulnerable among us.
The first sacrament in the Catholic Church is baptism. The first sacrament of the evil one is abortion.
Jesus told us and our priest repeat at every mass the words, “this is my body given for you”. The abortion forces led by evil itself proclaim “this is my body and I have the right to do what I want.” The starkness of those statements are opposites and cannot be ignored. God is love and all good things are given from his graces. The killing of these little ones can never be okay. There’s no valid reason to kill the innocent.
There is no waffle or gray area here.
God loves all people and all life is sacred.
Exorcists have reported repeatedly when talking to demons that the attack on humanity begins with the unborn, for that is how Jesus came to be among us. And then the family is next. For the family is the core of a civilization.
There is no one the evil one hates more than Mary for bringing Jesus into the world. For raising humanity to a special place as children of God.
This is a battle going on. Jesus has already won the war. But many still fall for the lies of the evil one and those who are driven by his commands.
Today we pray for the unborn, those who will never be born. And we pray for the mothers who will bear the scar of aborting their babies. For the pain and impact on them will continue throughout their lives.
The unborn call out to be heard and the violence of abortion stopped. For the sake of the unborn and for society and mankind itself. For a society that kills the weakest kills part of itself.
Pray for the unborn and for mothers who are struggling.
